Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between GGTroll ("Company") and users regarding the AI-based music generation service ("Service").

The Service generates lyrics, music, and related outputs based on user input prompts. Users must ensure their use does not infringe others' rights, reputation, privacy, or applicable laws.

1. The primary responsibility for all outputs generated from user-provided input belongs to the user.

2. Any legal dispute, defamation, insult, rights violation, or other legal issue caused by generated outputs is the sole responsibility of the user who generated or used the output, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Users must not use the Service in illegal or socially unacceptable ways. The Company may take actions such as deleting outputs or restricting access when policy violations are detected.

1. Generated music and related outputs are allowed only for non-commercial use, such as personal entertainment or SNS sharing.

2. Without prior written consent from the Company, uploading to music platforms, resale, paid distribution, ad monetization, or any commercial use is prohibited.

1. Due to AI model limitations, unintended expressions, inaccurate information, or potentially offensive content may be generated.

2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated outputs.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law. Changes may be announced via service notice or other means. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
