Refund Policy

Effective date: April 23, 2026

Article 1 (No Refund Principle)

Due to the instant AI computation nature of this digital service, refunds are not provided once paid credits are used.

If a user consumes credit by pressing "Generate" even once, refunds for that billing period (monthly or yearly) are not available.

Article 2 (Monthly Plan Policy)

1. If generation is used at least once after monthly plan payment, no prorated or partial refund is provided for the remaining days of that month.

2. Users may cancel subscription anytime to stop the next billing cycle, while retaining plan access during the already-paid period.

Article 3 (Yearly Plan Policy: No Partial Refunds)

1. Yearly plans are discounted products, and no prorated or partial refund is provided for mid-term cancellation.

2. If generation is used at least once after yearly payment, refunds are not available; only cancellation is possible.

3. Even after cancellation, remaining credits and Pro access are maintained until the next billing date (after one year).

Article 4 (Cancellation vs Refund)

Cancellation stops future auto-renewal. It does not mean refunding charges for an already-active billing period.

Article 5 (Exceptions)

In cases where refund is legally required or service is unavailable for a prolonged time due to a critical system failure, exceptions may apply under law and company policy.
